Two Straps. So many Benefits. TRX is one of my favorite tools to incorporate into private training—and this is why: ✓ Builds strength using your own body weight ✓ Challenges your core ✓ Improves balance and stability ✓ Develops body control and coordination ✓ Adjusts to your fitness level, with room to progress Small changes in body position can make a big difference in the challenge. Every session is tailored to you and your goals. Love seeing my clients put in the work! DM me to start private training at Wellbeloved Lifestyle. Built in Osterville. 🖤 #WellbelovedLifestyle #BuiltInOsterville #TRXTraining #PrivateTraining #CapeCodFitness

Strong women raise strong women. There’s something pretty special about watching a mother & daughter show up, work hard, laugh, and get stronger together. Summer training partners don’t get much better than this. Be Kind. Be Strong. Be Well. Be Loved.
