In this episode, we talk with Tony Award–winning producer and Broadway Plus founder and CEO Nathaniel Hill about his book The VIP Effect and the art of creating unforgettable experiences.

Drawing on his career in theater and experience design, Hill explores how intentional planning, thoughtful hospitality, anticipation, and care can transform everyday interactions into meaningful connections. From Broadway triumphs and behind-the-scenes crises to the moments that make people feel truly seen, The VIP Effect offers a fresh take on what it means to create experiences that leave a lasting impression.

First it was an app. Then NFTs. Then crypto. Now AI.

Nathaniel Hill’s answer: “I sell human connections.”

I sat down with the founder of Broadway Plus to talk about what makes an experience worth remembering, building a business around it, and knowing what doesn’t need to change.

Our full conversation is out now on Before We Cheers. Watch through the link in my bio!

Happy 10th Anniversary, @broadwayplus! I’m honored to have been part of the team for the last four years, and I’m looking forward to many more! Thank you @nwhill for believing in me, the whole BP team for constantly stepping up when I need support, @coreysteinfast for being my work husband (for better or for worse 😜) and to @kevmetz for being my real husband and putting up with my erratic schedule and let’s face it, behavior. 😘

I was asked to put together a “little performance” and well, you know me…bright ideas just pop into me head. 🤗 One original song by @andrecatrini and 78-page medley by @goodatmaf later and we had quite the show! (Clips to come! 😜) Thank you to the 25+ artists who performed and to everyone who was able to stop by and celebrate with us! Cheers to many many more performances together! 🥂

Thank god @michaelhullphoto was there to take most of these photos because I only got a few selfies! 🙃
