🚨Week 9 varsity football strength training lights🚨

Working with players from Lake Norman high school after another shut out victory. As they look to finish out the regular season and look towards a deep playoff run we can help stay fresh and maintain strength by:
▶️lower training intensity
▶️more focused dynamic effort sets
▶️taper training volume
▶️incorporating @thevibexplatform for recovery and priming movement patterns

As always the best way to stay healthy and maintain strength is to consistently lift in season

Week 6 of in season training for high school football. Working with some players from Lake Norman high school coming off a bye week after an impressive road win.

This week’s session focused more on dynamic effort lifts and different exercise selections to limit some of our eccentric demand and incorporating the @thevibexplatform.

🚨Weekly In Season Training Highlights🚨

We ramped up our intensity this week after a month of big wins and really pushed some strength work before going into a harder stretch of the season.

Next week we’ll taper the volume and intensity down as they move towards the second half of the season.

@thevibexplatform still continues to be a big part of post game recovery methods
