“Basketball is part of my life. It’s not my full life.” 🏀💯

We asked Nyla if she ever feels pressure to always be “Nyla the basketball player.” Her answer: it’s 50/50. Some days it gets overwhelming. But her friends remind her about the things that aren’t basketball. Family time and holidays give her a real break. And her trainers build a bond with her outside the gym, so training isn’t always just work and criticism. There’s laughter in it too.

That balance isn’t a distraction from the game. It’s what keeps you sharp, steady, and hungry to compete. 🧠🔥

Who are you when the ball stops bouncing? Start building that now.

Parents, this one's for you. 🏀💭

We asked Nyla what she'd want other parents to understand about supporting an athlete with big dreams. Her answer was simple and real: the pressure is heavy, the comparison never stops, and athletes need you in their corner.

Critique them, because they need that too. But don't forget the soft side. The encouraging side. That's what keeps them going when the game gets hard. 💯

Big dreams don't cancel out being human. Athletes are human first.

Curry was on full display at the Wootten 150 Camp last weekend, showcasing her versatility and ability to impact the game in multiple ways. A well-rounded guard who can defend, rebound, score, and facilitate at a high level, she possesses the all-around skill set every team needs.
Her confidence, poise, and positive body language stand out, reflecting a player who brings tremendous energy and composure to the floor. Underrated prospect whose stock should continue to rise as she builds on her performances and gains more recognition.
