3rd at the World Cup in Rome, with a stacked field! 🇮🇹

A little podium redemption (although it’s not quite the same). A breakaway swim, then a big effort to keep our group away on this dynamic course - but the chase pack caught us in the end, making it another run race. A scenario I often doubt myself in… until I look back afterwards. 😮‍💨 Proud.

Always special to race in the place where my triathlon journey started. Italia, you’ll always have a piece of my cuore ❤️‍🔥

Not the day I was hoping for at Rome World Cup. An asthma attack on the bike had me surviving rather than competing 😔😮‍💨

After 7 weeks on the road and a lap around the globe, I’m ready to be home with my fam 🦮👫🏻❤️

Leaving Spain with a big smile 😃 Not only because I loved my time here training and racing, but because it’s race week again! 🥳

Absolutely heartbroken thinking about what could have been… 💔

…perhaps a race for the podium, had a careless crash not changed the day for a few athletes at the Grand Final this weekend.

But I never gave up 🥺

—
2.5 laps into a 9-lap bike course, a crash took out @sophiecoldwell 😣 and left me with a mechanical. My chain came off the pulley wheel and lodged itself between the cage (see pic 6). It kept jamming and I thought my race was over.

Somehow, one gear allowed me to pedal - albeit with a grinding noise and a loose chain I was convinced would fall off on the next speed bump. How I managed to finish the bike was nothing short of a miracle. 💫

Ran my way into 11th on the day, and 8th in the WTCS series, but this will be one of those races that will haunt me, always wondering what could have been.

Proud that I never gave up. But still absolutely gutted. 😔

Thank you to everyone who cheered and came up to me afterwards, really means a lot ❤️‍🔥 The epic crowds fueled my fire!

✨ 6th at Pontevedra Grand Final ✨

A complete race from start to finish! I loved the challenging course, being part of the front bike group, and putting together a competitive result at the final WTCS race of the season. The crowds were amazing, and I was so grateful for all the USA cheers 🇺🇸❤️ Big thanks to my coach @nate_wilson329, my team, and my sponsors for helping me get back to this level.

Course rating: WTCS Karlovy Vary
5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (or as you can get)

Swim - Quite technical, which is different than the norm. Plus, a short transition zone which keeps the swim from being negated (long transition areas often counter the effect of the swim).

Bike - Hilly and technical, which keeps the race from becoming a “coffee ride” into a run race. And, like every course, one that has to be ridden according to the conditions you’re given. 🌧️

Run - Hills, light cobbles, and not an absurd number of 180s. 🙌

Spectating - Crowds lined the course despite the unfavorable weather. 🤗

Broadcast - The best I’ve seen all season. Stationary cameras meant less moto-bike interference and allowed multiple packs to be shown throughout the entire race.

Not bad KV!👌

Having a variety of course types on the @worldtriathlon circuit is something I think all athletes and spectators would love to see more of. 💪

Really disappointed to hear this won’t be in the Series next year. I hope we see more dynamic courses in the years to come. 🙏

Bring it back!! ✨

My first 70.3 world championship ✅

19th on the day…. Couldn’t hang on the descents I was too cautious and lost contact with the race.

Huge congrats to the women up front for an incredible day and some seriously impressive performances 🔥

Leaving Nice with an experience of a lifetime, lots of lessons learned, and plenty of motivation to get better ✨

Strong swim, a short stint in a breakaway before the chase pack caught us, and an okay run until my legs decided to cramp 😅 Progress, but still room for improvement.

1st in Asunción, Paraguay 🇵🇾 World Cup. Big thank you to the competition, my support system, and the people who keep raising the standard I have for myself.

That moment felt special—and particularly redemptive—after learning 2 lessons the hard way in Brazil (#1: Bikes don’t race particularly well in crash mode. #2: Avelã = hazelnut, NOT oat. Important distinction for the nut-allergy crowd).

Home to 🏔️!!! Before we go again.

✨ Special day taking the tape at IRONMAN 70.3 Boise✨

Wowweee... I wasn’t expecting that result! A choppy swim, a mostly solo day on the bike, and a fun (and challenging) run to chase down the women up front.

Huge congrats to @dr_hannah_wells and @hannedevet on an awesome race and for keeping the pressure on all day!

Big thanks to @resolutewealthracing for the support on the ground. Grateful to be part of this team! 👊🏼

Little of this little of that. After some short course races @kirstenkasper is back and wins 70.3 Boise to notch the 2nd 70.3 win of her career! Passing in the late stages of the race to come away victorious!

@dr_hannah_wells with a solid day all around to come home 2nd and snatch a good chunk of pro series points and a slot to 70.3 world championships next year.

Third times a charm for @hannedevet to wind up on the podium. She was at the front all day but just slipped away in the closing stages of the race with her first podium since 2024!
