Transparency by Design

Art has always travelled.

This look began with a relief sculpture at Borobudur, the great Buddhist monument in Central Java, created under the Śailendra dynasty over twelve centuries ago. Rather than recreate it, we sought to understand its spirit and translate that feeling through embroidery, makeup and couture.
