Proof of life 🌻

Academia almost took me out, literally. Mama Earth and earthwork are healing me on a body-mind-soul-community level.

Give thanks to body as the wisest teacher.

Are you listening to what she has to say? 💛

‎الغُربة | GHORBA
Exile doesn’t just separate, it connects.
It weaves us through stories, languages, and lands.

At @HarlemStage for the @Novafrontierfilmfestival, we witnessed a film that carried what so many of us feel: the memory of home, the resilience of leaving, the art of rebuilding.

Our founder @Sorayahosni spoke of ghorba not as loss, but as a bond. The New Medina lives at Place Jebenet Al Ghorba, Sousse.
A real place, and a symbol of where exile becomes connection.
