My dream party! 💅🏻  Couldn’t miss recapping this summer’s Hip Hop Barre(less)! All we used was a looped resistance band, bodyweight strength to the beat, and a little @barreabove sequence spice. Love teaching a format that is so adaptable to any setting, and that has grown with me through the years!  Shoutout to @grparksandrec, @downtowngrinc, and @priorityhealth for so many free opportunities to move throughout the city this summer! 🙌🏻

Grateful to have been a part of @grparksandrec, @downtowngrinc, and @priorityhealth bringing free fitness to the city all summer! Thank you to everyone who lugged your dumbbells to the park and joined me for @pumpedupstrength each week. 😆🙌🏼
