This blue fin tuna and the sushi chef flew in straight from Japan! And this bad boy fish weighed almost 200 lbs.

During the show the chef talks all about the fish, and all the part you will see like Chutoro, the medium-fatty part from the belly, Otoro, the fattiest, most buttery part from the belly, and more!

You will even have the opportunity to sample some fish and have the opportunity to buy bigger potions. Let me tell you it is crazy how fresh and buttery the fish is, of course!
