“a little booty will do” — me, a liar 😭

Welcome to BBL Allegations 🍑🔎
Building the bounda from scratch because apparently I’m never satisfied 😭

Be honest… am I beating the allegations by my vacation in December?😭

POV: you stopped saying “I can’t do pull-ups” and started training until you could.

A MONTH later and I can officially do 5 unassisted. 😭

Ladies, if pull-ups are your “I could never do that” exercise… this is your sign to start.

You don’t need to be naturally strong. You need to keep showing up. 🫶🏽

one day you’ll look back and realize the days you didn’t feel like doing it mattered too.

Training may look like a solo sport, but there’s always a team behind it. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️✨

4:30 AM starts, strength days, running days and everything in between. Different goals call for different versions of me, but one thing stays the same: it takes a team. 🤍

So… who’s on your team? 👀

4 things I wish someone told me when I first started trying to build muscle… ⬇️

1. For an hourglass physique, don’t skip upper body.
Building your shoulders and lats can make your waist appear smaller and create a more balanced physique. Don’t be afraid to train your upper body just as intentionally as your lower body.

2. You’re not seeing muscle growth because you’re not progressively overloading.
If you can easily knock out 10 reps with good form, it’s probably time to increase the weight and lower the reps or otherwise make the exercise more challenging. If your workouts never change, your body has no reason to.

3. Your weekend habits are slowing your progress.
Five disciplined days can’t always outweigh two inconsistent ones. Recovery, nutrition, sleep, and alcohol all play a bigger role than most people realize.

4. You’re leaving muscle gains on the table by skipping mobility.
The better you move, the better you lift, and the better you lift, the more opportunity your muscles have to grow. Mobility isn’t extra,it’s part of building muscle.

🤍 Save this for your next workout, and let me know: which one did you need to hear the most?

My mommy is 60 btw 😭💪🏽 and YES I took her through my upper-body workout 😂

Somehow she still had enough energy to play the entire time 🤍 Safe to say the athletic genes run in the family.

Do I bring mommy back for another Training Camp? 👀😂
