AWARENESS IS JUST THE START.

Understanding. Acceptance. Accessibility.

This ADHD Awareness Month, we’re reminded that creating an inclusive community goes beyond raising awareness. It means embracing neurodiversity, challenging misconceptions, and recognizing the unique strengths, perspectives, and contributions of individuals with ADHD.

We believe every student deserves an opportunity to thrive in an environment where they feel understood, supported, and included.

Let’s move beyond awareness toward greater understanding, meaningful acceptance, and accessible learning environments for all.

#NYMC cut the ribbon on the newly renovated, 27,000-square-foot Clinical Skills Simulation Center, which gives students, residents, and community health care providers the opportunity to learn by practicing clinical procedures and patient communication, and responding to complex, high-pressure scenarios using advanced simulation technology.

A realistic hospital simulation environment featuring high-fidelity manikins and specialized medical suites, the Center brings hands-on learning to life with a three-bed patient ward, labor and delivery, pediatric, orthopedic, and critical care simulation spaces, 22 exam rooms, and more.
