Ig caption as my private personal diary: this month has been NON STOP and a bit of a whirlwind. very up and down, and a lot of uncertainty around what I’m doing, where I’m going, what I want, and whether I’m actually capable of any of it one day I’m like “I’m such a lucky girl and I always seem to land on my feet, so it’s probably just a matter of time before things start looking up” and the next I’m like “actually I’m awful and terrible and everything I say and do is stupid and cringe and I’ve deserved every bad thing that’s ever happened to me” The mental whiplash is! humbling! Spending the first weekend of autumn run down and sniffly as hell but looking back further than just the last 30 days has made me realise there’s actually a lot I don’t stop to give myself credit for. things I’ve figured out as I went, things I’m proud of that I’ve conveniently forgotten about because my mind LOVES to prioritise keeping a running list of my shortcomings! October will be less figuring my entire life out, more trying to actually be in it! October bucket list: • read for fun, not for the extra stats on Goodreads • have fun creatively in a way that doesn’t involve a screen at all • make a soup • keep my head above water if you read this far, love ya queen 💙 x x x

Day 1 of 10 Today is 10 days to my birthday and I'll be sharing TEN things I am grateful for. Today, I am grateful for the hands that carried me. I decided to create a movie with shared memories 🥹☺️ I have experienced help from men in different seasons of my life, seasons where it felt like all hope was lost, yet heaven sent help in the form of humans. Men who carried me. Men who stood with me. Men who saw me through. Moments when I doubted myself. When my strength couldn’t sustain me. Sometimes, we forget that the people around us are answers to our prayers, strategically positioned to carry us through what’s next. If only we were more discerning and observant, we would realize that help has been here all along. These men didn’t just carry me; they taught me to reciprocate, to pay it forward. To become the man another man is praying for.
