WHEN 4,000+ VOICES BECOME ONE! 🎶🔥 | THE CREATIVE WELLNESS SOCIAL NIGHT

Who says mental wellness has to be a quiet conversation? Sometimes, it sounds like thousands of people singing at the top of their voices, laughing, screaming, and simply enjoying the moment! 💚

At the Creative Wellness Social Night at the NYSC Camp, FCT Abuja, we had a call-and-response singing session that turned the entire venue into one big celebration of joy, connection, and positive energy.

One call. Thousands of responses. Endless excitement!

The energy was contagious. The smiles were real. The atmosphere was electric.

For a moment, it wasn't about ranks, backgrounds, or where anyone was coming from. It was about being present, connecting with one another, and enjoying the beauty of a shared experience.

And this is only the beginning! 🔥

On Friday, 13 November 2026, we are taking the experience to another level at The Nigerian Creative Mental Wellness Summit, happening at the Cyprian Ekwensi Centre for Arts and Culture, Area 10, Garki, FCT Abuja.

Expect more creativity, more connection, more entertainment, and even more extreme joy!

From exciting creative expressions to immersive experiences that bring people together, we are creating a space where mental wellness is not just discussed but experienced, celebrated, and lived.

If the NYSC Camp was this exciting, imagine what happens when creatives, students, organizations, communities, and wellness enthusiasts come together for an even bigger experience!

Abuja, get ready. The next chapter promises to be bigger, brighter, and more exciting! 💚🎉

At Terapo, we believe that creativity, music, entertainment, and recreation can create meaningful connections and make mental wellness more engaging, relatable, and accessible.

Save the date. Invite someone. Come ready to experience joy!

📅 Date: Friday, 13 November 2026
📍 Venue: Cyprian Ekwensi Centre for Arts and Culture, Area 10, Garki, FCT Abuja.

We’re walking 1000 strong against suicide.
On September 12th, The Psyche Squad is bringing Abuja together for the 1000 Walk Against Suicide, the foundation of what we believe will become Africa’s largest suicide prevention movement.
This isn’t just a walk. It’s a statement: that no one should carry their pain alone, that every life matters, and that healing starts when we show up for each other.
