@tenellofficial COMMUNITY. Shoutout to all of the beautiful ladies in these pictures (and tj lol) 😍🔥 Tenell started right during the pandemic. I’d spent months trying to find a manufacturer. I was SO sick of my activewear not fitting right. I’m a hooper so at this time all I had was compression shorts & low-rise running leggings with a line down the crotch. I thought.. there has to be a solution. I tried so many different samples before starting off with our first capsule. If you swipe to the last two videos from 2020 you’ll see the fits I’m wearing from 1st capsule🥹 A small idea became a movement.. of women feeling amazing in their workout clothes that FIT!!!!! Big booty small waist… they FIT. Thick… they FIT! And you FEEL good in them. This isn’t about a few brown girls sprinkled into our marketing either. This is real diversity!!! When the brand started I went overseas to play & thought that was the end of Tenell… I was wrong. It thrived as my family took over! My mom and Junior were literally ironing logos on and shipping orders out from her dining room LOL. The business grew and eventually Tj and I partnered to create an LLC and make it OFFICIAL. Tj took over marketing and management, Terris took on the COO role & shipping and handling and my dad and Jessica have been a storage closet and even runners at one point taking new shipments city to city! 😭 I did all the ordering, item creation, website design, accounting, and all things business even while playing overseas! We’ve grown a lot in 3 years and it’s mostly thanks to these beautiful supporters in the picture and the Goodwin family. If you ever rock any Tenell, know there was some real sweat put into it. As much as I like to call it my baby, Tenell is a family business and we owe it all to every person who has ever shopped with us. It means the world to us. Going from ironing on logos in the summer heat (and burning my finger LOL) to having pop up events and sold out sites 😭😭😭 Pinch me. I really love this shit and I appreciate all of you. 🫶🏽 WE appreciate you. -Tenell family, with love
