48 hours in Scottsdale and I had to take class at NYX! Seemed right to ride a bike for my first workout back post-surgery 😅 But seriously, I’ve missed movement sm (more on this later), so it felt so good to get back on the bike. DJ’s class vibes were everything I needed, and I loved finally getting to meet Holland (even more of a queen in person 💕).
They’ve created something super special at NYX, and it’s definitely a place to visit if you’re a spin lover in Scottsdale. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and for giving me the best start to the day before Solidcore auditions 💙🙌🏽 @nyxcycle
