Slow progress is sustainable progress!

From a brain injury walking with a Zimmer frame to building strength and muscle and enjoying the hustle!!

I have been loving my journey of late.

I’m so close to being @nzreps registered again and providing training, programmes, consultations and a path forward to those needing help.

Can’t wait xx

A register is a simple and robust way of ensuring that exercise professionals:

– Are appropriately qualified, (and therefore currently competent)

– Continue to maintain or improve their skills by continued education or professional development

– Meet other important national requirements (such as first aid or CPR) and also follow a Code of Ethical Conduct
