Today we're featuring Owen Cook for our client spotlight series!

Owen Cook is a photographer working to capture the most beautiful sport on earth, Disc Golf. He was introduced to Disc Golf and Photography 12 years ago, learned them together, and they have since consumed his life. When he can, he shoots on 35mm and a range of film cameras. Lately, he has been traveling around Rhode Island to photograph its hidden gem landscapes.

“The most recent project I’ve printed through iolabs was for the Dragonfly Disc Golf Course Pro Shop in Stonington, CT. At the Grand Opening, an 8x10 donated to the attendance raffle, along with some prints for sale, 3 matching 8x8 prints will decorate the bar area in the shop. I was beyond excited to see that the matte paper was a perfect pairing for my black-and-white photos.”

Photographer Owen Cook uses iolabs to print his film photographs. Recently gravitating towards our Epson Enhanced Matte paper which maintains excellent highlight and shadow detail, Owen used iolabs to produce prints for his recent exhibition at a disc golf course.

Thank you for reading about Owen Cook, one of our many talented clients at iolabs. If you’re an iolabs client also looking to feature your work, email kannetha@iolabs.com.

Grand Opening Weekend at the Dragonfly Pro Shop was a huge success! Big, big thank you to everyone who came out, even though the conditions were less than favorable 😅 Your support means everything to us and we're so incredibly excited for the future of the shop and course! 🫶🏻🥏🥏🥏

We had a beautiful soft opening up at the pro shop for our members today! We're always grateful for the people who believe in what we're building.

First aces of the year and good times with great people!

The shop got the hot stamp machine dialed and ready to rock for the grand opening tomorrow. You'll be able to get your own disc stamped or anything you get off the shelf for a couple bucks.

Hope to see you all out there 🐉🪰
