Since my last show I have hammered my legs and really focused on range and lifting heavy with a correct form.

This video is a small bit of my leg day and is 7 plates for hack squat 3.5 a side. The aim is 10 plates in total so we keep grinding.

He’s back, and with only a few days to go until his next show, we sit down with Ovi to talk about the upcoming competition and what continues to drive him.
Behind the physique is a genuine love for bodybuilding, a passion for training, and the dedication to keep pushing forward day after day. It’s that commitment to the process that has brought him to this point.

The final days are here. LFG

Good luck, Ovi! 💪🔥

For those who say, “I can’t concentrate on multiple things at once…”

Remember. I’m a mum. No family here. No built-in support. Just friends.
And I still make time for myself, my goals, work, fitness, friendships & life.

There will always be obstacles.
You either find your balance, overcome them and keep moving, or stay in your comfort zone.

The choice is yours. 🙂‍↔️

Huge thank you to my supportive coach @o_dumars 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Leg day (quad-focused) + squat program by @ashybeast_ / @no_mercy_kat with the boys Compton @hmist31 and Mr. “Milk” @iamlordson1_ifbb_elite_pro.

Solid work today! I hit my goal of 230kg on the program, so everything is moving in the right direction. I’m loving training right now more than ever!

The journey continues! 😤

I told you I was bringing a completely new physique this summer…

I did exactly that 💪🏻

If this transformation triggers you, maybe it isn’t the photos that are the problem.

Maybe it’s the fact that they remind you of promises you made to yourself and never kept.

This is a natural transformation from a nearly 41-year-old woman who runs her own business, sometimes works 16-hour days, coaches other women to become stronger, fiercer and take up more space… and still made it happen.

So if your first instinct is to hate, that’s on you.

I’m living proof that you can build an incredible body after 35.

But let’s also be honest.

This wasn’t 10 days.

It wasn’t 10 weeks.

It was 10 months of showing up - every single day.

And yes, I already had years of training behind me and a solid amount of muscle built on but that doesn’t make the work disappear.

If anything, progress gets harder the more advanced you become.

This game only ends when you decide it does.

I knew I had another level in me.

Now you’ve seen it.

And I’m still not done.

Two more weeks of the cut, even more definition to come, probably a photoshoot… and next summer?

I’ll bring an even better version 😜

Before anyone starts with the usual comments - yes, this is completely natural 🌿

No drugs unless you count creatine & whey… 🤡

And none of this would’ve been possible without one man who’s been in my corner from day one.

He’s seen every side of this journey: the confidence, the self-doubt, the days I questioned everything, the moments I was miserable, the endless moaning… he’s seen it all.

We’re both coaches, we don’t always agree and we’ve definitely clashed more than once to the point I did plenty of things my own way.

But through all of it, he never stopped backing me, he kept pushing me, reminding me what I was capable of and making sure I didn’t quit when it would’ve been easier to.

@o_dumars thank you! And we’re not finished yet 🫡
