The $54 three-course Flavor menu at Oak & Ember in downtown Stuart is so good, it almost feels a bit naughty 😉

Swipe through to see what I ate - except dessert (chocolate lava cake), which I was so eager to dig into, I forgot to snap a pic.

Hit the last slide for all the Flavor menu options, available through 9/30.

French onion soup. Yummy gooey video clip in slide 4…

Benmar Pinot Noir 🍷

Yummy gooey French onion soup

Showstopper: filet medallions with crab-stuffed shrimp and truffle risotto. Probably my favorite risotto ever, no lie.

Caesar salad. My go-to starter.

Thinking about moving to Stuart, Florida? 🌴 Here are 3 things you should know:
1️⃣ Downtown Stuart is genuinely walkable 🚶‍♂️
One of the things that makes Stuart unique is its downtown. You’ve got restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, and plenty of places to explore—all within walking distance.
2️⃣ This is a boating town 🛥️
If boating and being near the water aren’t part of your lifestyle, you may not want to pay the premium that comes with waterfront or dock access. But if boating IS your thing, Stuart is tough to beat.
3️⃣ Prices can vary dramatically from block to block 🏡
Flood zones, waterfront access, location, and insurance can all have a major impact on the true cost of a home. The listing price doesn’t always tell the whole story. Insurance alone can change your monthly costs more than you might expect.
💡 BONUS TIP:
When comparing homes in Stuart, don’t just look at the purchase price. Make sure you understand the insurance, flood zone, taxes, HOA, and potential maintenance costs too.

A little day in the life lately ☀️

Started the morning celebrating some amazing young professionals and cheering on my girl Kayla from Lean Kitchen 👏 Then it was off to survive Confusion Corner, grab a Cali Coffee, tour acreage properties in Fort Pierce that looked straight out of the 1990s, meet some unexpected visitors at a showing, and finish the night working on comps and seller net sheets.

No two days in real estate are ever the same and honestly… that’s what makes it fun ✨

Coming back to mentor the culinary program that shaped me has been the biggest full circle moment 🫶🏼I love this team, this program, and these people more than I can put into words. I’ve watched these students pour their hearts into practices for months. late nights, fixing mistakes, perfecting details, all to showcase their talent in Orlando this weekend.
And look what they did!!
🥇 Edible Centerpiece – 1st place
🥈 Culinary – 2nd place
🏆 Waiters Relay – Best Costume
👩‍🍳Teacher of the Year
🦅 Best Mascot
🔥student- VOODOO chef
🥈 2nd Place Overall

So many wins. So much hard work. So much growth.
I am beyond proud of each and every one of you. Getting to stand on the sidelines and mentor instead of compete this time felt so weird but is definitely something I’ll never forget. And of course… we had to celebrate by riding the slingshot because that’s just who we are 🤘.
Im forever proud. You guys are amazing! Keep your heads held high because you are gonna do great things. ❤️👩‍🍳
And as Dr Seuss says- “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened” 🫶
A huge thank you to our sponsors and the ProStart program for giving these students opportunities that change lives and help them grow into the next generation of leaders in the industry. We couldn’t do this without you.
