Strawberry-Oat Pancakes from OAK Long Bar + Kitchen at the Fairmont in Boston
Flavour/Fluff: 10/10, fluff was top tier, like I was biting out of a cloud made from flour and sugar. Strawberries were fresh and warm, the oats added a nice crunch to complement the strawberry flavour
Presentation: 10/10, I personally prefer a dish that looks messy as it adds personality, the colours looked equally appetizing and complemented each other
