POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The goal is to revive something that’s increasingly difficult to find: beauty, connection, simplicity, and meaning in ordinary life.

And a place that invites you to slow down enough to remember it and come home actually restored.

5 years ago Caleb asked me to marry him. Alittle different than the traditional way, but it was so special for us. Love this man even more today! And no I don’t still wear my original engagement ring haha, I have a much sparklier one now! Thankful for our friends who captured this sweet moment! @oaknfern

Who says you have to cut a cake?

Isabella and Sam put their own spin on the traditional wedding cake cutting with a strawberry rhubarb pie. Guests enjoyed individual hand pies in strawberry rhubarb, cherry, and toffee apple. This warm treat was especially welcomed once the sun dipped behind the mountains and the evening chill set in.

The best wedding traditions are the ones that feel personal. Whether it's a small twist or a complete departure from what's expected, these thoughtful choices are what make a celebration feel uniquely yours.

“I never thought I’d get to do this.” - me to my fiancé. What a miracle.
We talked about it as we drove up to our engagement photos and reflected on God’s faithfulness and His tender mercies in the mountains of Montana.
What a gift to wander where we spent so much time together this last year.
I’m crazy about you Marshall Logan.

And a world of gratitude to the gifted blessing of @oaknfern !!!

A beautiful portfolio doesn’t always tell you who you’re hiring.

Before choosing your wedding planner, ask these three questions to better understand their experience, approach, and level of personal involvement.

Save this post to revisit before your wedding planner consultation calls.

The number of weddings, a planner accepts can influence the time and attention dedicated to yours. Ask how they manage their workload and what level of personal involvement you can expect throughout the planning process.

The person you meet during your consultation isn’t always the person managing the details behind the scenes. Ask who your primary point of contact will be, who will make key decisions, and who will be there on your wedding weekend.

Some couples appreciate a collaborative team approach, while others prefer the consistency of working directly with one dedicated planner. Understanding the structure will help you determine what’s right for you.

A beautiful portfolio doesn’t always tell the full story. There’s a difference between independently planning a wedding from start to finish and assisting another planner along the way. Ask what role they played in the weddings featured, and whether client testimonials reflect their individual role or the experience of the company as a whole.

There’s nothing wrong with hiring a planner whose newer to the industry. What matters is understanding the experience you’re hiring and ensuring the investment reflects it.

The right planner isn’t simply someone whose work you admire. It’s someone who’s experience, approach, and level of involvement align with what matters most to you.

Made for a love as big as the Montana sky. 🤎 My beautiful bride came in requesting real wood incorporated in her wedding suite. Ask, and you shall receive!✨ This custom wedding invitation set the scene for “I do” on a Montana ranch, with a thin layer of REAL MAPLE wood bringing warmth, texture, and a little Western soul.
Consider it our take on Yellowstone romance!
