“FALLING” is now LIVE!! 🃏 Beyond thankful and blessed to say that our album is finally finished. We spent so long keeping secret what I can say is our proudest work yet.

We pour too much of ourselves into our music, and with albums it’s worse. The last two years was figuring out what was left to give. Music has changed, and we’ve changed with it. Somewhere along the way, the culture evolved and we questioned where we fit into it all. ARMNHMR was always about reinvention. It’s time we should reintroduce ourselves. Love you all ♥️♦️

ARMNHMR are taking their sound in a new direction with “Falling,” a melodic house single featuring Swedish singer-songwriter Oaks.

The track is the first single from the duo’s recently announced upcoming album. Known for their emotional melodic bass records, the Los Angeles duo bring the same feeling to a steady house groove. Oaks’ vocals lead the track through its darker opening before the bassline and synths pick up the pace, carrying a story about being drawn back to someone you’re trying to leave behind.

The subject will feel familiar to fans of ARMNHMR’s earlier releases, but the duo have a different setting in mind for this one: the late-night dancefloor.

“We wanted to make music that feels more grown-up and intentional, something that can hit just as hard in a dark club at 2AM as it does on a main stage in front of thousands of people,” ARMNHMR shared in a statement. “‘Falling’ is the first real look at where ARMNHMR is headed.”

Oaks describes the song as being caught up in thoughts of the same person while the city carries on around you. That tension gives “Falling” its emotional pull, with her vocals keeping the heartbreak close as the production builds around them.

“Falling” is available now on all streaming platforms.

FALLING with OAKS out now

the first song off our new album.. we’ve been quietly writing this record for the past year & this is the first piece of it we get to share with you. it’s a new chapter for us and honestly a lot of what we’ve been feeling went into this one.. but don’t worry the old ARMNHMR isn’t gone.. we’ve never been good at following rules.
