2024 really brought it. We can safely say we couldn't have crammed another thing in. So many incredible opportunities, so much creativity, wondrous challenges, amazing highs and humbling lows. We want to take this opportunity to thank our audiences and our village/s. Without you, we simply wouldn't be able to do what we do. Every time we make a show we take a leap of faith. Knowing we have incredible people behind us, encouraging, facilitating and believing in our ideas is what keeps this company going. A big shout out to our amazing Artistic Producer @kategaul who has tirelessly advocated for our work and made so much of this possible ❤️ As you can see from this reel, the village is big and it really does take one to keep this train chugging. Happy holidays everyone. Love Emily and Maddy ❤️❤️❤️

As we move, breathe and grow through our practice we are given a taste of a different of more authentic way of being in the world - a new way of moving, a new way of responding to daily experiences and challenges. Our practice at home offers the integral skill of self-awareness. Each time we step onto the mat and be present with our inner landscapes, our body, breath, mind and our choices are being refined. Dear friends, join us as we experiment with this symphony on our mats, where we begin to explore it more in our lives as well. 🌿 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘜𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘔𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 $28/𝘸𝘬! I must say, this process has taught me a great deal about life & growth (cos y’know how much of a deep thinker & feeler I am 😆). I witnessed the ability we have to use our strengths during times of challenge. I am strengthening the muscle of speaking my needs, and actually seeing that when you surround yourself with heart-centred genuine humans, they will hear the call and rise to support. I have so much gratitude to you, Rae @umamayoga for putting forth the idea in support of the studio & the ways you’ve used your skills & expertise to help see this transition through; and the way we’ve worked together to listen, pivot, shift & take the next step. Meg, @meghann_fitzpatrick I’m so thankful for your kind initiatives & practical support with it all too! Here we go, yogis! Not • long • now... 🙂🙃 When at the studio today, it brought me so much joy to be cleansing and preparing the shala for our practice this year. I’m so grateful to be standing here at this time, sharing my dharma, the ancient wisdom and my heart with you. I’m so empowered by the two pillars of this shala - connection & community 💛 🤲🏽 My invitation to you as we step into our re-opening week, is to pause right here in this moment, stop scrolling and breathe... . Breathe again gently and deeply.... . And reflect on your most uplifting, soothing and sustainable intentions for yourself at this time... . What words, images and feeling states arrive in your heart? . You’re invited to anchor back into these words on your mat and off your mat. To notice each time how it tends to your innermost resource, Your heartfelt purpose... 🙏🏽 See you at practice, folks! Remember bookings are essential. Please book your place via our Insta bio or smart phone app or online at: www.myyogaspace.com.au/book-online > PS, please check your inbox 💌 I’ve just sent through our latest info and offerings 🙂 In love and service, Ruth x 🙏🏽🕊

Well, this little introverted yogi put some big girl panties on today and went to her very first networking meeting with the @wwib_network ! Yep, may not seem like a big deal, but the nerves kicked in for me and all the inner critical thoughts that can come with it too...y’know: “don’t wear those big earrings! What are you going to say?! Etc, etc” 😏 But, in choosing to give myself time to acknowledge the anxiety I was feeling and to breathe, I also heard the gentle whisper within, “be yourself, step forward from your heart and share what you love doing...” 😌😌😌 . Needless to say, I was met with a warm welcome, friendly smiles and great conversations with an array of incredible local business women. Thank you @tiaveech for hosting a beautiful morning and thank you to the women whom form the Wollondilly Women in Business Network for being inspiring humans! . The big girl panties are staying on for the evening too - for the Wollondilly Local Businesses Awards Night 🙃😬 . 🙏🏽 Dear MYS Family, Thank you for enriching my life and practice, thank you for your support and your own heartfelt commitment to your wellness and personal practice. It’s an honour to show up for our sangha, community tonight 🙂 . 💛 I am giving myself full permission to be all in the joy and acknowledgment of what I’ve helped foster in this community. I am excited, despite stepping out of my semi-hermit tendencies 😂. I cannot wait to sit alongside other amazing local businesses, to celebrate small biz, the Wollondilly and the MYS Family 👏🏽 . . In love and service, Ruth x🙏🏽🕊
