Grateful is an understatement❤️

I’ll never be able to put into words how much SLP has meant to me. Walking away with a heart so full because of the family God placed in my life and the reminder that His plans are always greater than my own.

Thank you SLP!

Thank you to my other family, my Young Life family, for being there for me throughout my years of high school. You guys have made such an impact in my life and I don’t know what I would do without you guys. I love you guys so much 💕🫶

SUMMER STAFF SESSION THREE

Normally I keep my instagram captions short so that I remain mysterious, but I’m gonna ramble a little here.

Honestly, I didn’t think I’d make it through this session, let alone the first week. Anxiety, extreme fatigue, and homesickness were all hitting me like a train, and each day I’d ask the Lord to just give me enough strength to make it to that night. But by the end of the session, I didn’t want to go home, and I felt I’d met some of the best people I’d ever had the pleasure of serving with.

I also want to mention the ropes team. An absolutely incredible group of people, willing to laugh through all the 6am openings, schedule changes, and missed meals.

I think there’s something special about pouring yourself out to the Lord in full, and I’m so glad I got to do that this summer. And thank you to each and every person on summer staff this session for all the notes and letters supporting me and encouraging me when I had nothing left in the tank. You guys are amazing. AND THANK YOU JESUS FOR BEING SO GOOD!!!
