It’s not what you eat it’s what you absorb

When you eat in a rush and not in a slow calm manner you are doing a disservice to your health.

You are not giving your body the ability to start producing the digestive enzymes it needs to break down your food.

You need to be able to stop, take a breath check your nervous system to make sure it’s in a parasympathetic not sympathetic state.

This will help with digestion

Breathe
Take a moment give thanks
Look at your food
Then eat

Do you use mouthwash?

It’s killing the good and bad bacteria which is damaging your mouth microbiome

This affects your digestive enzymes which affects your gut health

We start digesting and producing all the digestive juices in our mouth we need some good bacteria in order to do that

If you are using the bright colored mouthwash that is full of alcohol you can be hurting your gut

Better options would be tongue scraping and oil pulling

This is life in color. I never in my life would’ve imagined being in a season where I feel this grateful for the life I get to live.

A beautiful family, a home to come back to, a car I’m blessed to drive, work that I genuinely love, good people around me, and opportunities I once only hoped for.

It’s easy to stay focused on the next goal and forget to look around at everything you already have. I still have so much I want to accomplish, but I never want ambition to take away from my gratitude.

I’m thankful for every person in my life right now, every experience that brought me here, and every blessing God has given me.

How’s your gut?

The importance of your gut health affects your overall health.

And it can start with your mouth microbiome

Living a healthy lifestyle it’s more than just food. It’s figuring out what your individual body needs.

It’s empowering you to be proactive with your health journey

We believe it’s not one size fits all. We take a holistic approach by seeing the body as a whole. Going by signs and symptoms along with reviewing blood lab markers and hair follicle scan. This will give us an in-depth look at the cellular level.

You will receive an individualized personalized protocol along with the tools you need to empower you to take your health journey to the next level.

There is so much we can do and other modalities and testing that we can use to help you be the best version of yourself in the season you are currently in.

If you’re ready to take that next step and find out what your body is telling you and you’re ready to be proactive in your health journey let’s have a conversation.

If you are looking for guidance and support feel free to reach out.

Let’s get you on the right track.

Oasis has a new rugby coach…& he’s 6, and apparently the dinosaur is his first client. 😂🏉🦖

We’ve spent a lot of time training at Oasis over the years, and Franco, his family and the Oasis team have always been great supporters of Temecula Mountain Lions Rugby and the Temecula Wine Country 10s Rugby Festival.

As a former professional rugby player, Franco knows firsthand what the game demands. Strength, power, conditioning and durability. That experience carries through to the team of trainers he’s built at Oasis.

Ready to get stronger and take your training to the next level?

Oasis offers:
• One on one training
• Small group training
• Online training programs

Go check them out and tell them WC10s sent you. 💪🏉

Health is not linear

We need to remember we are constantly changing. Our life ebbs and flows and so does our health.

We go through different seasons in life that will require different health choices from us.

Times when stress is higher we need to do things differently. Maybe we need to focus more or nervous system or restorative movement and nourishment

I believe HEALTH is a constant. We don’t arrive we continuously work to be the best version of us we can be in the season we are currently in.

Our seasons will change which will change the choices we make in our health journey and that should encourage us and empower us.

You are not stuck you have the power to change things and move the needle.

What season are you in?
