She’s backkkk!

Ngl, I found a class I really loved and stopped this series but after two months off from Pilates, I’m back on the hunt for the best studio in LA!

I truly enjoy visiting all of the different studios and seeing what the customer experience has to offer.

This studio was really easy to find. There is street parking so make sure to arrive with that in mind.

The instructor was so good!!! I literally told her it’s been awhile and she gave me a deep dive refresher! I was so surprised at how good I did with keeping up.

In the back of the studio, you’ll find cubbies, drinks and socks for purchase. There’s also a powder room with a shower and things you may need to freshen up!

At the end of the class I felt so proud of myself, so refreshed and ready to tackle the next class!

HARD WORK…let’s talk about it.

My goal for every single class I teach, whether mat or reformer, is that my clients feel…..
1. proud of themselves for showing up
2. more in tune with their body than when they walked in
3. amazed at how capable & strong they truly are

My job is not to make you perfect at pilates or look a certain way…my job is to show you what you truly have within & tap into that inner beast. That level of working out you maybe never reached. That moment of confidence you feel after class, when you can say “dang, I really did that”. THAT is why I push you, THAT is why I tell you to go heavier, THAT is why I don’t let you give up with 3 seconds to go! & when you truly lock in mentally for 50 minutes…..GIRLLLLLL, you will discover a whole new you!!!!!!😤💪🏼
