These two beauties in red - my mom and my stepmom. Could they be cuter in the photos? 🥰 Lots of people are surprised how much fun we have together - that they have together - and how great everyone gets along. I couldn’t be more grateful for this! In the chapter on relationships I talk about my parents’ divorce and my mom and Paula’s relationship and Paula’s relationship with my grandma - my mom’s mom. It takes a lot of energy to hold on to hurt. There’s many new normals we have to face and embrace in our lives and changing family dynamics after divorce is a big one for many. Life is just easier when you get along. . . . . . #heydoll #dealwithitdoll #relatewelllivewell #lessonslearned #resilience #nonfictionbookclub #divorce #divorcedparents #divorcesupport #familygoals #familyfirst #parenting #stepfamily #relationships #relationshipadvice #healing #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #healthyrelationships #momsofinstagram #momblog #selfhelpbooks #selfhelp #selfhealing #selfhelptools

We had so much fun yesterday at the Arthritis Foundation North Texas Jingle Bell Run! Thank you to all who walked and ran and donated! I set a goal of $1500 and we hit it, so last week I upped it to $1750. (Once a sales manager, always a sales manager. 🤣) My sister wanted to be sure we hit it and we did (thank you Jennifer) and then some wonderful friends also donated and we raised over $1800! AND our team came in 3rd place for our team size! Woo hoo! Best of all the foundation hit their goal and raised $60k for research, education, and support. So grateful to be a part of the committee and so grateful I have most supportive friends and family who not only donated, got in the spirit of our Dolly theme, but also volunteered the day of! THANK YOU, ALL!!!! 🎅🏻🤶🏻⛄️. @arthritisfoundationntx @arthritisfoundation #rawarrior #rheumatoidarthritis #rheumatoidarthritiswarrior #arthritisawareness #arthritisrelief #spoonie #spoonielife #sjogrenssyndrome #sjogrenswarrior #fibromyalgia #fibro #autoimmunedisease #chronicillness #wellnessjourney #wellbeing #family #christmas #holidayfun #funrun #jinglebellrun
