POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

“Denial.” One of my favorite tracks off our new record “The Unexpected Tragedy of a House in Montgomery.” There’s a lot of stubble ghost notes going on with the snare. I tried to take the opening idea and expand on it as the songs evolves. It’s sneaky technical and fun song to play. Any mistake really stands out. Check it out, you can stream The Unexpected Tragedy of a House in Montgomery everywhere you get your music.

Echoes in my head
My heart still beats
At least I think….

When I focus
I don’t feel that thumping
Woe is me….
No, this can’t be….

Just a dream
Gonna wake up
Eventually….

Today’s the day. “The Unexpected Tragedy of the House in Montgomery” is live and streaming everywhere you listen to your music. You can also purchase the album as well! Over 2 years of work went into this record. Everything was done in-house from the writing, recording, mixing and mastering. We learned a lot from this project on what we can do to improve future albums which we already have in store.

Check it out! Give us some love! 🤙🏻 happy release day fellas @obscure_animals

Ghost Town is our 2nd official single off our upcoming album. It’s finally released into the wild and fluttering around the ethos. What started as a random idea 3 years ago, turned into This House Ain’t Clean (last Halloween) and now a soon to be full album next Friday 10/16.

Check it out wherever you listen to your music. Give it a spin, download it or share it. Let us know what you think! We can’t wait to release “The Unexpected Tragedy of the House in Montgomery” next Friday 10/16/26

As we approach our favorite time of year, spooky season and Halloween. I’m trilled that we’re finally set to releases this album. Last October we released the first single “This House Ain’t Clean.” An almost 7 minute thriller from front to back. On October 9th we will release the 2nd single “Ghost Town.”

October 16th is the full album release date for “The Unexpected Tragedy of the House in Montgomery.” A little wordy, but a story worth being told and not forgotten. We wanted to do something different than how music is released today. Bring music back to how it used to be. An album to listen to from front to back. Not just some random songs, but a story and an audio experience.

Stay tuned over 2 years of work are about to be set free. More things to come soon!

My little shrine dedicated to my love of live music, but more specifically to Austin.

It’s like a little time capsule of my time here in Austin over the last decade: a dozen different wristbands from fests new and old, merch of bands I love, keepsakes like ticket stubs, set lists, badges, and guitar picks, and the friends I made along the way. I hope to continue to add to it for years to come.
