A MURDER OF CROWS XI — CHAPTER X: TRAGIC BLACK 🖤🐦‍⬛

Mohawks shot up across the crowd as Tragic Black hit the stage. I was farther back this time, with plenty of room to spread my crow wings … and apparently shed half of them.

They call themselves goth/deathrock, but that SLC punk bite came through loud and clear. I danced my crow wings so hard I left a trail of feathers behind me.

If you found one on the floor, please know it died doing what it loved.

Caw caw. 🖤

My first time seeing @lamorgueband … and what an introduction. ⚰️🖤

Led by Oby Andino, aka @obywolf, La Morgue filled @thecobraclub with a dark, rich and beautifully layered sound … death rock and darkwave with Puerto Rican blood running through it.

The sound grew even bigger with El Tripi of the legendary Puerto Rican underground band Tripi JB joining as special guest … powerful, atmospheric and deliciously unholy. 💋🔥
