🎤✨ PERFORMER ANNOUNCEMENT! ✨🎤 We're absolutely delighted to welcome the wonderful Olivia Coppin to our next POMPEY POETRY PARTY! 💜 📅 Friday 20th November 📍 Hunter Gatherer Coffee, Southsea ⏰ 7.30pm 🌟 MEET OLIVIA! 🌟 Olivia is an actor and writer of fiction, poetry, scripts and screenplays. Her work explores a variety of themes, including feminism, grief and self-identity, but a thread of optimism and the pursuit of joy binds them together. In June ’26, she debuted a narrative spoken word show, Just To Say!, about a woman addicted to sending greeting cards to great audience reception, and will be running in London and Edinburgh next year. Newer to the spoken word scene, Olivia has become a regular slammer at Chichester’s Tongue Tied, and been featured as Chichester’s Spotlight Poet. She also performed at Victorious Festival this year as part of the Pompey Poetry Party line up. 💜 We absolutely love championing brilliant creative voices and can't wait to welcome Olivia back to the PPP stage! Come along for another fabulous evening of poetry, spoken word, creativity and community. Everyone is welcome! 🥰 #PompeyPoetryParty #OliviaCoppin #SpokenWord #PortsmouthPoetry #Southsea

It was such a blast @victoriousfestival this weekend man!! Got to get up there and share some words on the South Coast in the absolutely STUNNING Portsmouth, it's a bit like the artsy end of the toon. So vibrant and full of wonderful people and places to gan. A MASSIVE thank you to all of you who allowed me to be involved @caroline_brennan_writer @pompey_poetry_party I'd never have been there without ya and a swear doon, it absolutely blew me away. Your kindness and support and championing of this space we love and bask in is SUPER IMPORTANT and it's made a wee Geordie feel like part of summit SO MUCH BIGGER! I have all the love in my heart for you lot doon there and I CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK! Thanks to @spokenartsparlour for putting such a stunning wee space together for all of us to come and leave wor words and wor feelings out on that stage in front of an absolutely BEAUTIFUL crowd! Lots of work goes into these things behind the scenes so they deserve all the love! After that let me thank all the AMAZING performers who I got to share a stage with and brought their 'EFFING A-GAME!! A pure joy to be alongside you all doing this thing we love and didn't knaa we needed until we were up there deeing it the first time! Now, I can tell we've all been at this a bit and it SHOWS! Doesn't wanna let me tag the rest of ya in here but I'll tag all of ya's on the pictures cos you made it SO special. Just at the end here I'd like to again say that Caroline & Cecily have given us all a space we can love and nurture with the same prowess and power and kindness that they do. I feel as at home doon there as I do up here in DH/NE and that is something I could only have dreamt up. From the bottom of my heart thank you a million times and more. This was something I'll relish for time. Victorious is how I feel ✌🏼💚
