EPISODE 15🎙️ | 2024 OCC OWLS — PT. 2 🦉

Back to where another chapter of my coaching journey began.

This episode, we continue the conversation with the 2024 Oakland Community College Owls — the players, the work, the memories, and what made that team special.

As their former Strength & Conditioning Coach, it’s always different looking back at these athletes I had the opportunity to train and seeing where they are now.

The work. The brotherhood. The lessons. The memories.

🏀 Excited to announce 📣 Athletic Preparation will be the official strength and conditioning team for OCC Men's Basketball heading into their season 26-27.

Over the next nine weeks, we'll be working with the team on:

⛓️ strength through contact
🚀 vertical jump development for rebounding
⚡️agility and quick feet for faster movement on the court.

We'll be documenting the process throughout — check out the video below for a look at the training we put in with the team last year, and what this offseason will build on. 🎥

To the OCC coaching staff and the college.thank you for the trust and confidence in our program.

We don't take it lightly, and we're ready for the work ahead. 🙌🏀
