Ocean 44 in Scottsdale

An unforgettable night at @ocean44 in Scottsdale! From incredible seafood and premium steaks to over-the-top desserts, this dinner was an experience from start to finish.

Here’s everything we ordered, all 12 dishes!

APPETIZERS + SEAFOOD

* Chef’s Cut Hanging Bacon, thick-cut bacon served hanging tableside.
* Chive + Cream Cheese Stuffed Hashbrown, crispy bacon, chive cream cheese and sour cream.
* Pacific Yellowtail Hamachi, yuzu ponzu, chives and heart of palm.
* Caviar Cones, filled with horseradish crème fraîche, topped with caviar and gold leaf.
* Chicken Fried Lobster Tails, crispy lobster with house-made key lime dipping sauce and green chili aioli.

STEAK + SEAFOOD

* 12 oz. Grass-Fed New York Strip, a premium steak cooked to perfection.
* Chilean Sea Bass with Crab, buttery sea bass topped with crab.

SIDES

* Blistered Shishito Peppers, charred lemon aioli, smoked garlic and crispy shallots.
* Corn Crème Brûlée, sweet corn, cream and turbinado sugar.

DESSERTS

* Triple Chocolate Bombe, milk chocolate mousse, dark chocolate shell, toasted almonds, toasted marshmallow and white chocolate ganache.
* Triple Layer Key Lime Pie, fresh key lime, almond graham cracker crust, fresh whipped cream and lime caviar.
* Beignet Tree, a showstopping dessert presentation!

korean bbq @ sizzle in scottsdale… it was my first korean bbq experience and it was yum!!

Derrick Hall favorite restaurant: Oceans 44

Wow, I have been to steak 44 a lot but never oceans 44. What’s an incredible spot. The Lobster roll… left me speechless. Seriously, I may go back just for a lobster roll. It was that. Not a bad thing on the menu!
