CHICAGO IL.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I don't even know how to put this trip into words yet.

Cologne, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, London and Manchester. Five cities, almost 1,200 miles from Rotterdam, countless hours on the road, trains, planes, too little sleep, way too much laughing and one very special person by my side through all of it: Lyla.

We didn't just travel almost 1,200 miles to see The Maine. We made a whole fucking adventure out of it. Every journey, every hotel room, every ridiculous moment, every “are we actually doing this?” conversation, every show and every mile in between is now part of one massive collection of memories that I'll probably never stop smiling about.

And then there's 8123. I knew we'd meet people, but I don't think either of us expected just how many incredible people we'd meet along the way. People who started as strangers and somehow ended up feeling like friends. Singing together, laughing together, hanging out before and after shows and making memories in cities we'd never have experienced this way otherwise. 8123 really is a family, and this trip made that feel more real than ever.

We also both absolutely loved seeing Greyscale open for The Maine. Discovering them along the way made these shows even more special, and we're definitely leaving this trip as fans.

Five cities. Almost 1,200 miles. So many shows, so many people, so many laughs and memories I'll carry with me for a very long time. And I'm so fucking glad I got to do every single mile of it with Lyla.

Thank you, The Maine, for giving us a reason to make all these memories. And thank you, 8123, for making every city feel a little bit like home.

What's another night on mars, with friends like ours, anywhere is home. ❤️

Another family reunion is in the books and my heart is BEYOND full 🥹 I’m so incredibly thankful for the community The Maine has built over the last 18 (?!?) years. It has given me some of my best friends and favorite memories. I love you all endlessly and am already counting down the days until the next one. Long live 8123 🫶🏻
