🌊 AIDA FREEDIVING INSTRUCTOR COURSE | SEPTEMBER 2026

Teaching freediving is about more than diving deeper. It’s about learning to guide, communicate, adapt, and inspire others underwater.

The instructor path challenges you to deepen your knowledge, patience, discipline, and understanding of how people learn.

But every breakthrough, first equalization, and moment of confidence makes it worthwhile.

You’re not just teaching freediving — you’re helping people discover a new relationship with themselves and the ocean.

Ate, slept, loved my heart out, became a certified advanced freediver (thanks to @xseasalt 🫶🏻), honed my huntress side and am holding 0 shame for loving the mass amount of photos and videos that came with this beautifully engaging cultural island. Suksmaaaa 🇮🇩

I remember what my nurse told me when I confided in her how stressed and overwhelmed I felt living in Europe. She looked over her shoulder and turned back to me: “if it ever gets too much, just go to Bali for a couple of weeks ;)”

I believed Bali had lost its soul and was only a gathering of resorts by now. Prejudice of a place, built on hearsay, tends to hold us small. But this is a good reminder that you don’t know until you know.

Yes, it’s busy and overrun by tourists. It’s loud and polluted. And yet, the island also carries a special energy.

Yoga, freediving, healthy food, the ocean and grounded people. I started to believe what my nurse told me!

That’s not the trip, that’s the part of big life journey.
The place which uncovered me my inner pressure and ways to release it✨

Experiences of mind, variety of senses and my soul voices seem to be awaken again.

I’ve always considered Bali overrated, shallow place. But realised it’s not the place, its what you want to find in it 🙏🏻

I’ll be back
My hearts always here now and forever
