Tortellini en brodo? Try tortellini en dashi!

Swap @oceanshalo dashi to instantly amp up the umami flavor and highlight each component of this classic, comforting dish. Don't forget to check the very top shelf of @wholefoods to grab yours, which is where I found it hiding in plain sight.

now that our daughter is older (9 months this week!!), more familiar with chewing and pretty good with her pincher fingers 🤏🏻🤌🏻, we’ve (happily) started breaking her food into bite sized pieces. This is great because she’s known to shovel whole chunks of food in so this slows her down 😂 (and I can breathe easier lol)

baby pot roast - mashed cauliflower with olive oil, pot roast and soft carrots cooked with the roast

cheesy eggs with spinach, banana and her favorite toys of the moment lol

daycare lunch: cheesy eggs, avocado, banana and Japanese sweet potato

cheddar cheese, broccoli and ground beef with some leftover squash soup mixed in

salmon, black bean and rice balls with cheddar cheese and roasted butternut squash with cinnamon

grilled chicken, baked sweet potato and roasted butternut squash strips with cinnamon

quick little lick of dada’s steak (she got a few yummy bites of the outside - more cooked part - of my filet which obviously she loved because our girl has taste)

cheesey eggs, avocado and banana

Baby ramen 🥹 plus some slurps of broth

cheesy eggs and toasted, buttered sourdough bread

applesauce, pumpkin, ground beef with leftover @myserenitykids pouch mixed in, plus some tastefully placed cheddar cheese (low key feeding her like a dog making it a puzzle so she doesn’t shove it all in her mouth at once 😂)

My newest low carb obsession is @oceanshalo organic rice paper. I have been using these for burgers, turkey sandwiches, and this time made my own everything bagel egg dupe rolled up with egg and bacon! It was amazing so I had to share.
