We didn’t swim! It looked a bit eerie and scary but we have trained a lot to enjoy todays and give ourselves a different morning! I will chose 💯 % living when conditions don’t match our gut and don’t feel it right over training! If we live while we train we might be able to be happier and perform better than having the pressure of and don’t train well! I swim, I bike, I run I am a post COVID triathlete! I was TRI born in 2020 and this is who I am… a mix of groups, people, variety and always fun! We might not be the best but we thrive to be the best version we can be! I have no fear 🤫 and I can do this! We BIKE Probably my favorite sport nowadays 🥰 Also the most dangerous And also less impactful on the knees and body compared to running I biked just as a regular kid, carried my sisters in the back of my cruiser bike and picked up cow milk from farms next to my house for fun during childhood I had a mountain bike which I probably used 2-3 times in My home in Venezuela But officially started biking on Dec 2018 when I purchased a road Dolce specialized 2016 from a running friend (This bike sat in my house I didn’t use it that year) 2019 covid hit and I started using it to visit my sister a mile away Couple bike rides with her and my in law because COVID isolation. First 10 miler with them April- May 2019 I started biking from home to Boca for fun to see my running friends @jen___clark and @patzimed just because I couldn’t run with anyone (new baby in the family so I was not allowed to) Pamela saw me and invited me to ride with her and her friend @carolinalu28 After that, the rest is story! Pamela pulled me plenty of rides where our speed was 14, 15, 16mph at the best Dec 2019, I said: I like this I will get a new bike. After my first sprint triathlon in October 2019, I need to get a new bike. This is my jam! Biking is freedom to me Biking is a different feeling than running or swimming The bike gives me wings 🦅 Biking I can feel tired but I can overpass that state and get focused into my best Biking activate my senses, alert my nervous system to react better and wakes up other muscles that give me power in a different way Biking has brought me soooo many friends and sooooo many adventures And last, my bike avatar can take me to longer routes and new destinations that running or swimming can’t do. #bike #biking #triathlete #wonderwoman #zoot
