11/30: I feel like the luckiest woman alive.

Yesterday I turned 25 and even though I couldn’t have everyone I love there, I felt so much love and support from the community I’ve built here in Charlotte

It’s now been 2 WHOLE years of calling Charlotte home and I’ve flourished here in ways I never could have imagined. I’ve learned some hard lessons (and not all of it pretty in the slightest) but growing up is about making mistakes, owning them, and choosing how you carry forward, right? Lmao

I’m going to be a sappy, crying mess for the next year as I take in every memory I’ve made here and the home I’ve built.

This city and the people in it has helped me through some of the roughest lessons of my life, but it’s also where I found my passion and my voice.

Here’s to the many more memories, to growing vickfit, and to building the most empowering community.

Wherever life takes you next, know it will be met with passion, encouragement, and something truly breathtaking.
