What could change when every part of your training has a reason behind it? For Corey, just a few weeks into GRIT Black, he’s already noticing it where it matters: back at basketball practice. “Feeling stronger, faster.” That’s what purposeful training can unlock. Every exercise doesn’t have to look like your sport. But every exercise should have a reason for being there. The details connect. The exercises connect. The progressions connect. And together, they build the qualities you need to become a better athlete. Because when every rep has a purpose, you feel the difference. Stronger. Faster. More capable. That’s the GRIT difference. Think this kind of intentional, individualized training could be what you need?
