POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been a few years in the making since OCRWC in 2024 where the last lache took my band… Now I’m happy to say I can do the same distance from 1 swing

Just having so fun swinging on some bars and playing on obstacles for a fun workout 🏋🏻‍♀️

💪🐄 TAG THE MATE WHO…

THINKS THEY’RE UNBEATABLE ON OBSTACLES! 😎🔥

You know the one…

“Grip strength? 💪 EASY.”

“Monkey bars? 🐒 I’VE GOT THIS.”

“Walls? 🧱 NO PROBLEM.”

“Anything hanging? I’LL SMASH IT.”

Then they reach the first obstacle at Farmyard Jam…

👀

“Can someone give me a little push?” 😂

We love the confidence though! 🙌

Because Farmyard Jam isn’t just about running — it’s about climbing, crawling, hanging, jumping, scrambling and generally finding out what your body is actually capable of!

So…

👇 TAG YOUR OBSTACLE-MONSTER MATE!

And tell us…

WHAT OBSTACLE DO THEY THINK THEY’RE UNBEATABLE AT? 💪🐄

7. Bären Run in Floh-Seligenthal

Einfach Top 🙌

This race never dissapoints and this year the weather was an extra "obstacle" lol. We had a delay due to the thunderstorm and lightening 🌩
.
I ran the competitive 10k but unfortunately I lost my band at the same obstacle again! 🤦🏻‍♂️😩 (When Pegs Fly 🐖) It felt like this year's version was a little more challenging but that's what I like about this race, you never know what to expect until close to race day.
.
After I finished my 10k I went back for a second lap, a 5k ruck carrying 25lbs, earning my Ruck patch and my x2 beard piece.
.
The cookie table at the finish line was a great idea, thanks to everyone who contributed 🍪
.
I'll definitely be back again next year, I still have that one goal in mind to be able to keep my 100% obstacle completion band 💯
.
Make sure to keep an eye when registration for next year's race opens, be one of the first 100 sign-ups and get your finisher shirt customized with your name. I also highly recommend getting that VIP on-site parking, it's so worth it but it sells out fast.

Run 100 Mies in October @followers

We are joining our friend Sheila Friday Beal and honoring her in helping to raise funds for the American Cancer Society

Although Lionhearts Fitness desperately needs your donations-this is for the very important work they do.
If you know me-you know why.

As a research patient of the UCLA Cancer Research Center-I personally have seen the amazing work they do, especially in genetics testing- That is a story for another day.

OCR Luccketta invites you to join him in running 100 miles in October for the American Cancer Society.
Join him, support him, donate.

Luccketta's Sister Jen (Memorial Page- Flipper Jen) succumbed to breast cancer in Jan 2021

We have all been affected greatly by this disease as have nearly everyone I know.

Luccketta is running 1 mi a day for :

Jen, @chainsaw_rick (Richard Shinn), Grandma (Jan), Nonnie (Lucille), Mama (shell), Aunts (Cathi, Kelly), Trey Williams ) @gaemti2005 , @redwing_scorpio
(We wanted to add our dear friend Alexis Abbitt but we wanted to respect her privacy. She is valiantly fighting at this very moment. She has given us permission. We love her so. Victor Beall can you get 100 mi. in?)

Sadly, we have been greatly affected and that would put Luccketta at over twice the amount he has pledged.

Help him by running with him! Spread the news! Donate! You can join team Lionhearts Cares.

Thank you Spartan for your generous donation of incentive gifts.

@themidwestocr is one of my favorite races because
I honestly love the terrain it reminds me of cross country races ( this year was unusually muddy 😂)
The obstacles are top notch and the people who are attend are seriously the best.

There is something to be said about cheering the competition and wanting to win at the same time.

The level of sportsmanship and respect for the other racers because we are all out there doing hard things is hard to explain in words

You just have to plan to be there next year to experience it yourself
