Well, the time has finally come to officially introduce my new OC, Vardamir!🌹
I’ve been roleplaying him for a few months now, and I have to say, I absolutely love him. I really needed to write a "bad boy" character... And it might also have been heavily influenced by my taste in men in dark romances.🫣

Lore drop, if you're interested!

Vardamir Thorne was born a Shadar-kai; he relived his father's memories, discovering he had been killed by his mother, and became a paladin.
When war broke out in Damara and the tyrant Yarin Frostmantle ascended the throne, all the knights who had served the previous king Gareth Dragonsbane were forced to kneel before the new one; those who refused were imprisoned and tortured until they broke.
While in prison, he grew very close to Eirlys—the Aasimar who led his order and still tended to their wounds and morale—and she became pregnant.
However, during one of Vardamir's many escape attempts, he was hunted by werewolves, his body torn apart and his blood infected.
He was subjected to even harsher torture, and part of his face was burned and permanently, severely scarred.
During his first full moon, he lost control and accidentally killed the woman carrying his child.
Weary of praying to a God who seemed to have abandoned him, he turned to the Hells for help, and Belial, the Lord of Pain and Pleasure, manifested before him. The two had a pact; empowered by this new bond, Vardamir shattered his chains and melted his cell bars, then began to kill and torment his own jailers.
Having lost every shred of sanity after killing his beloved, he went on to lead his fellow prisoners in reclaiming the throne alongside the last legitimate heir, Alexander Dragonsbane, and his best friend, Aethelred. (He is also the knight who saved Alistair's life!)
The two offered the werewolf a position as jailer for the new monarchy; he still serves in that role today and never leaves the dungeon. His volatile temper and tendency to lose control make him a dangerous, unpredictable figure, so he is constantly kept under close watch.

Hi! As I was saying inside the reel, this is my first year joining and I actually managed to upload just two of my OCs - the realization that I should draw them more instead of making them exist only in my head is hitting hard.
Anyway, I'm team Mystery! And I'm planning to bookmark some OCs today in order to have a nice plan ahead, so drop your usernames in the comments!🌹
Good luck to everyone!🖤 And thank you @sygdom again for the template, it's amazing!

Somewhere, in one of the inner gardens of Halruaa's Silver Palace and behind closed doors, the Prince of that land and the second-in-command of a cold, distant one were about to be joined in marriage beneath a sacred tree. Their adopted children, Reno and Evie, held the ribbons that would bind their parents for the rest of their lives; Ser Aethelred would pronounce the words.
A wolf and a dragon were about to swear eternal fealty once again, officially, before Tyr and in blood.

A cute piece to release on the summer solstice and during Pride Month! Remember love is love and nothing else matters.🌈✨

I'm so happy to have found a roleplaying partner so like-minded that I could marry a character like Alistair to hers, a character I've played for years and so terribly unsuitable for relationships I'd never have imagined to see him with someone.
The wedding, as you can see, is heavily inspired by that of Rhaenyra and Daemon Targaryen, but includes the handfasting typical of Norse culture, uniting Alistair, who is very inspired by it, and William, who is bound to dragons.

In any case, there are many things about this piece that I don't like about the technical aspects, lighting, and colors, but I worked on it nonstop and with little time available, and I even accidentally merged all the layers at one point, so I really rage-quitted😬🤣

In conclusion, I wanted to thank my RP partner again, who, despite the distance, I truly consider a friend. She made me rediscover writing and constantly gives me so much inspiration to make art, and I will always be grateful for it. Happy birthday again!🖤

Something something redhead with big biceps— well, actually, there is something more.🫴🏻
I was inspired by a group of Vikings cosplayers who were at a Con a few weeks ago. Those who know me well or have known me for a long time know that Alistair was raised as a Norse, then went through all that he went through, and eventually ended up becoming a knight and paladin in Damara. So, yes, even though he's grown up and is now a few years older, with more muscle and longer hair, I wanted to draw him in this guise again, back to his roots.🌹

Friendship friendshipped so hard that we ended up having the first couple among our OCs MARRIED!!
Aias and Wren, the two characters in the back, are the newlyweds, while the two in the front are my redhead paladin Alistair and his (spoiler alert) soon-to-be warlock husband!
For the dress code, Fex and Peanut chose black, lilac, and hints of silver, and I HAD to draw them all together for this important event! 🥰 OCSN is a really amazing.

Not my usual ultra-rendered piece with meticulous details, but I'm not too disappointed with how it turned out and I actually had fun!🔮🌒

In order:
Aias is @ferroxil_draws OC
Wren is @peanut.buddha.art OC
Alistair is my OC
William is @infernadiaboli OC

My second attempt at photobashing, then I drew on it and made all the necessary changes!

I needed to visualize the tattoos on my new OC's back. His name is Vardamir. He is a Shadar-Kai who rebelled against the Raven Queen. For various reasons, he was held prisoner for years and infected by a werewolf. He broke his paladin oath the moment Belial melted his chains. Now he is his warlock and, very ironically, a jailer and torturer.

Self-flagellation as a way to relieve anxiety before a Tournament.🌹

"Is it true that tieflings need to eat silica gel to keep their moisture level in check? I think John is kidding me."

This drawing dates back to almost two years ago, when I finished my course at the academy with two of my best friends. I made it to remember our three characters together and gave them both a copy so we could keep it as a reminder of our years studying together and of our friendship.
Since then, a lot has changed: my drawing style, me moving up North, and Marco getting married!! It still seems absurd, but it's all true. I was there, and he even asked me to be his Best Woman!
I went back down to Sicily for his wedding and I also got to see René again: she's always beautiful, a ray of sunshine.
The moment we said goodbye and I got back on that flight, I realized how much I actually miss the desks and stools of the academy, especially for those two, but also for the rest of the friends and teachers I made and had there.
Anyway, melancholy aside, I love you! I miss you always.🖤
