Thailand, you were unforgettable. 🇹🇭✨
From the energy of Bangkok to the beauty of the islands, the temples, elephants, beaches, incredible food, massages, and so many moments I will never forget.

Best Christmas gift ever. ❤️ Thank you, @ocvcmiguel for such an incredible trip and for all the memories we made along the way. Can’t wait for our next adventure.

“One day you’ll leave this world behind, so live a life you will remember.”

Full of gratitude for @letskeeptheballflying !!

There is NOTHING like sharing your passion and favorite pastime with people all around the world. I have been fortunate enough to connect with the people of Tanzania, Kenya, AND NOW Colombia this year through an organization that represents all the best parts of our sport.

The connection. The hard work. The joy. The underdog mentality and relentless pursuit of greatness.

Let’s keep the ball flying, THANK YOU for making an impact all around the world, and for allowing me the space to be a part of it. Every moment on these trips reminds me of how much joy there is in this game and WHY we play!! Little me would be so proud of the work we are doing, the relationships we are creating, and the way I am continuing to develop as a human!

I love working with you @letskeeptheballflying !!

MORE TO COME🌎🥳💖

A few days with VoleiPaz and the energy says it all. One court in Cali Colombia, more than 100 kids, all sharing the love for volleyball. They are the real stars of these days.

Behind them, the people who keep it alive on the ground: Carlos, Johnny, Natalia, Camilo, Coach Yuli and Ale, @vpvoleibol and @letskeeptheballflying. And the ones backing it from afar, without whom none of this would happen: @teamocvc and @miamivolleyballacademy.

Days full of laughs. Slunks turned the whole gym into colour, with one special pair whose story deserves its own space. Sitting volleyball just became everyone’s new favourite game.

Thank you for the energy. Heading north now, next stop Pereira, see you soon. 🏐💛
