Wedding season is officially kicking off, and while you’re busy picking outfits, finalising venues, and figuring out the seating chart, there are a few people who deserve some extra love. Your bridesmaids, obviously. From talking you out of a pre-wedding meltdown to fixing last-minute outfit disasters, they’re doing a lot of heavy lifting. The least you can do is spoil them a little. We’ve rounded up some bridesmaid favours they’ll actually want to use. Surprise them at your bachelorette, plan a little brunch or slip these into the gift kits you’re putting together before the big day. They deserve it, and you get to be the favourite bride. It’s a win-win. At the link in bio, @sheyakurian and @naheedee's gifting guide made for your bridesmaids. @dhunwellness @akiiko_india @hmhome @clubhomebody @azgaofficial @hustlezy_

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that is why it is called the present ~ Master Oogway ( Kung Fu Panda) My struggle with nonstop mental loops led me to these spreads. Lately, I've also felt drawn to writing, inspired by journaling creators! There is something incredibly grounding about putting pen to paper, especially when it comes to food. Today, I’m starting a brand new ritual: my very first culinary book. I wanted something that felt truly special, so I got this beautiful journal from @odd.giraffe with a personalised cover to house everything. This isn’t just a notebook - it’s the official archive of my best recipes. From generational dishes passed down by my mother and grandmother (with my own tweaks, of course) to kitchen experiments that turned into daily staples, these are the flavours I never want to forget. Every spill, stain, and handwritten note in these pages will tell a story of my time in the kitchen. It’s the start of my own little archive, and I can’t wait to fill it up. Let’s cook! Customised cover courtesy of @odd.giraffe , who have the best personalisation options. * 6.5 x 8.3 inch (perfect size to carry around) * 150 sides(pages) * Inner pages: 100gsm * Hardback Spiral cover: 2mm thick with a 170gsm silk-paper finish

Do you ever have 47 thoughts running through your head… all at once? 😂 One thought leads to another, then another… and suddenly your brain has its own group chat. That’s when journaling can help. ✍️ You don’t have to know what to write. You don’t need a fancy journal. Just start with whatever is on your mind. Sometimes writing it down is enough to make things feel a little clearer. 🤍 Do you journal? Or is this your sign to finally start? 👀 #Journaling #Overthinking #SelfReflection #GenZ #PersonalGrowth journaling, what is journaling, how to journal, journaling for beginners, overthinking, self reflection, mental clarity, self awareness, Gen Z, mindful living, personal growth, self care
