You are not alone in your struggles. It really is takes blessing and strength from God to move through tribulation and not give up when you need it the most.

School has always been easy for me up until i got to college. i got to college and my whole world flipped upside down. my confidence in myself & my academics plummeted while my depression sky rocketed & i started to give up on myself & my dreams of finishing college. i was on academic probation, almost lost my financial aid, changed my major TWICE, and even thought about dropping out since i had a good job. i cried ALOT & had a lot of pent up frustration as a result of this. every night i prayed that i would just be blessed with a million dollars so i didn’t even have to worry about college anymore but God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers & my parents didn’t raise me to take the easy way out. i went through my struggle & learned from it, now look at your girl, thriving. i wasn’t even going to celebrate myself or this accomplishment because i was so embarrassed at how long it took me compared to others. & i know a lot people had their doubts, family & friends included, and i had to learn to keep pushing myself even when it felt like no one else believed in me & lucky for me, i love proving people wrong (& now i can smack you with this degree 😘). just because my journey was tough and looked different from others doesn’t make this achievement any less valuable & i deserve to celebrate any and every thing i achieve. My success may have been delayed, but it was never denied. Trust God’s plan, even when it doesn’t play out like you want.

✨2 Corinthians 4:16-18
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
