Thank you to everyone who joined us for Living Well: How Wellness Is Reshaping the Homes of Tomorrow, an engaging conversation exploring how wellness is redefining the way homes are designed, built, and experienced.

The event was co-hosted by @Liaigre_Official at their showroom in Miami’s Design District, bringing together a panel of industry leaders from @ODGInteriors, @BackenandBacken, @OrsmanDesign, and @AlphaWellnessSensations, with the conversation moderated by a member of the Reis team.

Thank you to our co-host, panelists, and everyone who joined us for such a thoughtful evening. We look forward to continuing the conversation.

This selection of LA-based interiors share a few characteristics—great design and Spanish Colonial aesthetic influences. Adapted for California’s forever-balmy weather, these projects feature wrought-iron accents, tilework, arched windows, and stucco walls. We’re partial to a home with an old soul, clearly.

“A home should reveal itself slowly, with every room offering its own sense of discovery,” says designer @odginteriors.

Designed by Ohara Davies Gaetano for Sofia Vergara, the Beverly Park residence embraces timeless craftsmanship through softly curved architecture, natural stone, and thoughtfully layered materials. In the primary bath, a sculptural soaking tub, geometric stone flooring, and warm brass fixtures are framed by hand-finished plaster and filtered natural light, creating a retreat that feels both refined and restorative.

Every detail was selected to balance classical European influences with the ease of contemporary California living, resulting in spaces that are elegant, inviting, and deeply personal.

“Every room has special flourishes to add depth and interest to the composition,” says designer @odginteriors.

Designed by Ohara Davies Gaetano for Sofia Vergara, this Beverly Park residence transforms a grand architectural shell into a home that feels warm, layered, and deeply lived in. European antiques from Sweden, Spain, France, and Italy, sculptural lighting, and softly textured finishes come together to create interiors that balance elegance with everyday comfort.
