ONE YEAR of taking the leap to join the talent management team at @sportinglagos and @slfcacademy 💙

I came in without so much experience and one of my first major tasks was to oversee the team’s NNL registrations with guidance from @ayoanimasahun

It’s been amazing running things from the backend, it’s a whole different perspective as against being on the outside. From the senior team to the U15s

In the past year I’ve grown, helped young talents find expression, ensure the team never lacks anything required to ensure they perform at their optimal level with support from the management.

I’ve seen young boys go from zero to 100 and sadly also 100 to 10. I’ve seen boys make their big breaks to the European stages.

It’s been a privilege and a beautiful ride with so much experience, meetings in rooms I didn’t even think I’d be in this early in life with football power houses across the world.

Multiple states, embassies, meetings, transfer invites, Grassroot scouting, welfare and player management.

Huge thanks to @ayoanimasahun for taking a chance with me, @godwin_enakhena for guidance, @odunlami_ and @nneeoma for being helpful and every SLFC staff.

We’ve won trophies, gotten promotion and now we’re in the top flight, @NigeriaPFL

Happy “workversary” to me in @official_micolo terms 😅
