Wuz Di Action? 🎥🔱

Jayexxx recently sat down with @bertgmusic in Pennsylvania for an outdoor conversation reflecting on a defining period in his career and the experiences that have shaped his growth as an artist.

During the interview, the Bajan-American artist spoke on the success of “Send It” in Barbados 🇧🇧, his experience navigating Crop Over and Kadooment season, and what it was like being on the island during a year that also saw Rihanna return home and take part in the festivities.

The conversation also dives into Jayexxx’s evolving musical identity, including his transition from hip-hop into soca, the process of finding his place between New York and Barbados, and how his experiences throughout the season have influenced the direction of his music and career.

From gaining traction in Barbados to stepping further into the Caribbean music space, Jayexxx reflects on the growth, lessons, and momentum that have come with the journey while also giving a glimpse into what’s next. 📈🔥🔱

🔱 Jayexxx shelled down Brooklyn at @djspider411 I’za Bajan event, delivering a high-energy set for a packed-out Flatbush crowd.

Opening with a “Send It” teaser, Jayexxx wasted no time setting the tone before running through “Big Belly Man” and “My Camp.” But it wasn’t just a performance, the crowd got involved too, as the “Round N Round” waistline contest had the ladies showing who could really send their waist around the best. 😂🔥

The Bajan-American artist closed things out by delivering “Send It” in full, ending the set right where the energy started. 🔥🔥🔥
