What an absolute joy this season has been.

Four shows, four ridiculous adventures, four brilliant guests, and a whole lot of dice-fuelled nonsense.

From tap dancing seahorses to rampaging tarrasques, magical cock rings to suits made entirely of meat, geriatric gnome piss wizards to half-cyborg half-fish intergalactic chefs, and Michael Caine and Galadriel impressions nobody asked for but everyone deserved… this season gave us strange phobias, unrequited love, far too many sticky substances, and so many very stupid stupid jokes.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, laughed with us, shouted suggestions, bought tickets, brought friends, sang along, made sound effects and helped make this Comedy Fest season an absolute blast.

Big love to our incredible guests - @olivercolemancomedy, @localcomediantricksycollins, @scodmanisanerd, & @thejaywymarra - for jumping into the chaos with such glorious commitment.

Thanks also to the team at @themotleybauhaus for having us, and happy 40th birthday to the @melbcomedyfestival - what a treat to be part of it!

And last but not least - thank you to everyone who keeps supporting Dice Paper Role, whether you’ve been with us for years or just came along this season and thought, “Yeah, alright, this is my kind of stupid.”

We’re very grateful. Very tired. And only slightly emotionally damaged.

Until next time ❤️🎲

Righto gang — it’s our final weekend of Comedy Fest.

Saturday 18: Scott Edgar joins DM Greg, and there are only 3 tickets left for that one.

Sunday 19: Jay Wymarra joins DM Lauren for our last show of the season, and there are still a handful of tickets going.

Two guest comics.
Two different DMs.
Two final chances for the whole thing to go completely off the rails.

Tickets are moving, so don’t miss out or you’ll be kicking yourself in the dice bags for a whole year.

Saturday was wonderfully cooked.

We had a sold out crowd, multiple singalongs, and a fantasy hens/bucks party for Emil aka “Ross” that somehow spiralled into pixie dust, a mysteriously missing wedding ring, and a level of madness only Dan could shape into something resembling an adventure.

Tricksy, as the unstoppable orc barbarian Big Minnie, also dropped some show stopping wrestling moves, while the addition of Jack’s penis paraphernalia ensured things never stood a chance of staying classy.

Big love to our incredible crowd for fully joining in on the chaos, to @localcomediantricksycollins for diving in headfirst, and to Dan for handling the madness like a true professional.

Michael Caine also, somehow, played his part.

And shout out to @goosemonkeychronicles for the hilarious show-specific memes — an all-time post-show bonus. And to @terryhuddy and @sammi_bear19 for taking such great pics!!

Two chances left to catch us:

Dan’s been testing out his DM material on a tough crowd… who knew that dogs don’t D&D?!

Fortunately @localcomediantricksycollins is our special guest for this week’s show and she always brings glorious characters and more than a little magic to the stage.

Hurry though - only 3 tickets left!!

Coles Easter/Winter Campaign ✨🐰
So grateful to have worked alongside such an incredible cast of talented actors. And to top it off, spent two amazing days filming with @curtisstone 🙌

Thank you @fizz.talent for the opportunity 🫶🏼

"Coles" Easter campaign BTS 🍫 🎥🎬
The latest ad I worked on is starting to circulate on your TV & devices.
I don't usually capture photos with the cast on commercials because the job is sometimes over so quickly. I spent two days with this group & it was the most delightful commercial shoot I have ever been on!
Not to mention the bonus of working with the very lovely celebrity chef @curtisstone !

More ads are still rolling out (we filmed a lot over 2 days).
Drop a comment if you have seen them!

First show is out of the gate and out of the park! Sold out crowd, hilarious show!
Thank you to our special guest @olivercolemancomedy for being the *chefs kiss* best robot/fish man Ramekin that a party could have.
and our DM @damnitgerg for taking suggestions from the audience to weave into the story, because there isn't enough improv in the show already...

We roll again this Saturday 3pm and are over half sold already - so go grab your tickets now!

Greg is back behind the DM screen for our first show of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival this Saturday.

This year he’s bringing back last year’s format — a more improvised game where even the Dungeon Master doesn’t know what’s going to happen.

There’ll be audience suggestions, unexpected twists and turns, and who knows?… the odd backstory may even rear its head!
