Does your forehand lose power in the 3rd set? 🎾

📊Most of the time, it’s not your technique. It’s a lack of strength and rotational power.
Racket speed starts from the ground and moves through your hips and trunk before it ever reaches your arm.

When that chain is weak, your arm compensates. That’s when shoulder and elbow pain show up, and your performance drops late in the match.

That’s why strength training for tennis needs on-court transfer: exercises that match the rotational pattern of your strokes, with controlled load, speed and planned progression.
