Injuries can be frustrating. They can slow you down, force you to change your routine, and sometimes make you question your progress. But an injury doesn’t have to define your journey.

The key is proper preparation, a positive mindset, patience, and learning to understand what your body needs. Recovery isn’t about rushing back—it’s about rebuilding stronger, moving smarter, and trusting the process.

This is the story of my client right here. Through hard work, consistency, and dedication to recovery, they’ve continued to push forward despite setbacks. Every challenge became an opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow.

Remember: setbacks are temporary. Your comeback is determined by your attitude, your effort, and your willingness to keep showing up.

Stay focused. Stay resilient. Keep moving forward. 💪

We came for basketball. We stayed for community. We left making a difference. 🏀🧡

Every basket, every purchase from a small business, every conversation, every laugh, and every volunteer helped support a cause greater than ourselves.

Together, we were proud to raise funds for Asiyah Women’s Center. The first organization in New York City that provides culturally competent and trauma informed housing justice and shelter to meet the diverse needs of the Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian and Black Indigenous People of Color populations. They are not just a shelter - they are a movement committed to empowering disenfranchised populations.

Thank you to every player, small business, volunteer, and attendee who made the very first Summer Courtside Mela possible.

Shoutout @halffull.io for awarding our champions with jerseys 🏆 and @ruhanicafe for keeping our players fueled.

Here’s to building spaces where culture, connection, and giving back always belong together.
This is just the beginning. 🫶🏽

The Evaluation Is Everything.

This isn’t a quick 10-minute assessment where you get a sheet of exercises and are sent on your way.
We spend a full 60 minutes, one-on-one, diving into your injury history, training habits, goals, and current lifestyle.

Yes, we’ll assess the injury itself, but we’ll also look at the bigger picture.

Why did this happen?
Why does it keep coming back?
What’s actually limiting you from getting back to doing what you love?

By the end of the evaluation, you’ll have a much better understanding of your injury and a clear roadmap for moving forward.

Rehab isn’t a one-way street.
We’ll work together to uncover what’s really going on, so we can build a plan that gets you back to training—not just feeling better for a few days.

As we begin our Summer D4 2026 season we have to give our 🌺 to our Spring D4 Champions first.
It was only fitting that OffBall won the championship 2 weeks after the Knicks won their championship. OffBall has been with FBBL since day 1 and to see their growth and determination to get better each season was amazing. The development of players from not taking 3 pointers to draining them, from not being ball handlers to taking inbound passes and running the offense. To seeing players have faith and trust in their teammates and supporting them when they make mistakes. Seeing a TEAM who blew many leads the previous seasons to losing the lead and getting the lead back and closing out the game and winning the championship and going Undefeated was astonishing to see! As a league we want to say Thank you for supporting us and taking the time to getting better and showing others that if you put the time and effort in the results will show! Shoutout to @a.sh.money @_ok_hai @jxse.b @highonlife_rob to all of @offball_nyc #basketball #champions #instagood #explorepage #nyc
