Angel City center back Sarah Gorden is one of the most dynamic athletes in the NWSL.

She’s a single mom, a professional soccer player, and fashion designer.

She also manages to meaningfully nurture each of those missions simultaneously.

@ashtynbutuso spoke to her recently and got a clear picture of just how many plates she’s spinning, and how she gets creative about keeping them all up in the air at once.

Cavan Sullivan is the youngest goal scorer in USMNT history.

At 17 years old, he’s making the most of moment—and has been for a minute.

Sullivan has been on many soccer fans’ radar since becoming the youngest player in MLS history.

His star status continues to climb after scoring his first international goal against Mexico this weekend (and cementing it with a bit of a signature celly).

On the weekends I dress up and then play soccer games with my homies. During the weekdays, I’ve been working on my writing for @offballfc and this week’s feature included @jessicaellyseblack. I’ve written 20 newsletters so far this year. That’s 20 times I showed up as a writer. That’s 20 times I reflected on our beautiful game, while also playing games this season. I hope to continue honing my craft and finding my voice. so you should check it out on Substack because we talk cool sh*t xx.

Alas, many of you seem to have been coaxed into chasing the same six bandwagons.

If you look a little deeper, you’ll see there are more options than Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham.

So we pulled a reason to root for each of the EPL clubs outside the Big Six.

As always, subscribe for more in our bio.
